Christmas Eve at K1 Kickboxing Academy was one to remember as we hosted a festive Christmas Special Session on 24th December! With everyone donning Santa hats and Coach Ian rocking a full Christmas tracksuit, the Christmas spirit was in full swing.

The session was a mix of laughter, energy, and teamwork, with participants of all ages coming together to enjoy a fun-filled circuit workout before the big day. The festive atmosphere and creative exercises made it the perfect way to wrap up the year – proving that fitness and holiday cheer go hand in hand!
