When you become a member or book a class, we will collect basic personal details such as your name, date of birth, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number(s), next of kin and parental details.
We will sometimes need to collect your bank or credit card details, but we will never store your financial information.
In order for us to properly assess the most appropriate training, advice, recommendations, or service that we offer we may ask you to provide us with sensitive personal data such as medical details and health circumstances. We always treat this information in the strictest of confidence and only ever use it for the purpose it is collected.

We will use your personal information to allow us to provide you with the services, classes, training, products or information that you have requested. This is for our internal administration and assessment purposes. We will also use your contact details to let you know about any important updates to sessions you have booked (e.g. if a class is cancelled).
We may also use your information to tell you about products, services and offers that may be of interest to you. We will only do this if you have consented to this.
