We are excited to share that our first classes will be held on Saturday 12th October at Fusion Fitness Gym Fareham. 

We are holding our open morning on Saturday 5th October and  we are excited to hold our first proper sessions on Saturday 12th October. 

Ian has been a member of Fusion Fitness Gym for several years. You will often see him early in the morning working out to stay "fighting fit". So when he decided to set up K1 Kickboxing Academy, Fusion was the obvious choice of venue, and the team there are happy to host him and all who join K1KA!

From 9.15am to 10.15am we will hold the family and children class (for families and children aged 8 to 12 years), then from 10.15am to 11.15am we will run the adults and over 12s class. All abilities are wlecome at both sessions. We look forward to seeing you there!
